scooper asked me if Sangamo were only looking at HIV/AIDS, or if their technology could be applied to other STDs. The answer is it can be applied to other STDs, but they’re not seeking any other indications at this time. Others, however, are, so I thought I’d cover STD treatment and prevention–from a biotech standpoint–here.
